Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds can take 3-10 days to reach your original form of payment.

For items damaged in shipping, or defective after opening the item, please email us at hello@getgatherings.com within 3 days of receipt. You must provide photos of the damaged item(s), the inner packaging, and the outer shipping box.
